JAY-Z AND BEYONCE TO BUY NEVERLAND RANCH?

Mediatakeout has reported that a source has revealed that Jay-Z and Beyonce are interested in buying Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch. The source said that the power couple are interested in making a $100 million offer. The two want to use the property for a home for themselves and also in a number of state of the art recording studios.

• The home -- which is in Santa Barbara, one hour outside of L.A., sits on nearly 2500 actres and is about 4 square miles of property. The site reported that Neverland is currently not on sale.
