Yes.. Texting while walking will soon become a law is state legislators have their way!!! Wouldnt matter if your in your neighborhood or walking down the strip in Las Vegas!!! The penalty will cost you nothing for the first 2 times but the 3rd time could cost you a fine of $250!!! Daaaaaaaang Neveda!!!
