A tattoo artist who met his online girlfriend for the first time in Moscow tattooed his name to her face less than 24 hours after their first meeting. Soon after, they decided to get engaged. Ruslan Toumaniantz inked "Ruslan" to his girlfriend Lesya's face in a Gothic font. She said, "It's a symbol of our eternal devotion. I'd like him to tattoo every inch of my body." The two have only been engaged for a few weeks but Lesya has decided to take Ruslan's last name. A friend of the tattoo artist explained, "I know that there are people who are terrified that Lesya has made a rash decision that she'll regret horribly, but sometimes the best decisions are the ones you make in an instant with your heart rather than the ones long-debated in your mind." Toumaniantz is the same guy who, last year, was accused of tattooing stars all over a girl's face while she was asleep. (Radar)
