Mr. Bieber was supposed to have a show in Portugal tonight and made a business decision and decided to cancel the show due to POOR TICKET SALES... HUH??? Yeah i know, Justin cant sell enough tickets??? Rite, sources close to the Biebs said that is was a business decision and though the sales were good, they were not good enough!! Come on Justin... JUST DO THE SHOW!!!!
