Lindsay Lohan Goes to court.
Lindsay Lohan has once again dodged the jail bullet. The actress copped a plea deal during her hearing today, March 18, and her lawyer was able to keep her from serving even a single day behind bars.
After a lot of discussion between prosecutors and Lohan's attorney, Lindsay pleaded no contest to the crimes of reckless driving and lying to police. In addition to spending 90 days in rehab Lindsay will perform 30 days of community labor and undergo 18 months of pschotherapy, although she'll get credit for therapy already completed.
Lindsay will be able to do her rehab in NYC, but must stay clear of drugs and drug users, as well as submit to drug testing.
Lohan also admitted to violating her probation in the jewelry theft case and was sentenced to 180 days in jail. However, that sentence was stayed and she won't do time as long as she stays on the straight and narrow.
The troubled starlet showed up to her hearing 48 minutes late. For whatever reason, on her way into the building someone threw glitter on her.
