Usher Still Battling With Ex
Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster isn't going down without a fight. According to StraightFromTheA.com, the former couple was recently back in court as Foster attempted to challenge the custody order that was issued in August giving the singer primary custody of their two sons.
Foster's attorney filed two motions in order to have the temporary custody order awarding joint custody which was in place before the August decision put back in place. The first motion was a request to have the judge step down from the case since Usher's lawyer's law firm allegedly made campaign contributions to the judge's re-election campaign several years ago.
The other motion alleges that Foster's due process rights were violated and that there should have been disclosure of the judge's relation with Usher's legal team.
Judge Tipton-Lane refused to step down from the case but some other information which was brought to her attention will be taken into consideration including the fact that Usher failed to mention his new gig on The Voice prior to her August decision and the fact that the singer was allegedly out of town for two weeks in October which left people wondering who was watching the kids.
