Yakima Native Josh Elliott Set To Compete In Next Week’s Paralympic Games!

Life is full of struggles and beautiful surprises so when life serves up it’s plans how do you react!? When it comes to Yakima Native Josh Elliott, you react by facing down adversity and allowing your gifts to shine. After Staff Sergeant Josh Elliott, while serving in Afghanistan in April of 2011, stepped on an improvised explosive device and had both of his legs amputated above the knee plus losing three fingers on his right hand, his road to recovery has turned into an incredibly inspiring story!  So proud to be cheering you on Josh!! 🙂
